Palace Resort cancellation policy for the all-inclusive accommodation is: you can cancel up to 72 hrs prior to your vacation date for a full refund.  If you cancel less than 72 hrs prior to your vacation date their is a one night cancellation fee.  You need to notify us at least 2 days before that to give us time to notify them since they are closed on Saturday and Sunday and 3 hours ahead of time from us.

In addition to this policy, if you have already paid via credit card to us we will not refund the 2.7% charge for the PayPal amount only that was billed to your credit card.  This is a fee that we paid to process your card.

Exception to this is booking the PRESIDENTIAL SUITE.  Since Palace expects payment within 24 hrs of booking the suite and we tie up selling it to anyone else there is a $1,000.00 charge for cancellation.  Once booked and paid for this fee is not refunded to you.  Therefore, we suggest you take out travel insurance in case any situation arises.
